The Code
These are the rules of The New Horizon. Everyone must read, including people, who want to join. If any of these rules are broken, you will be warned or banned.
The Introduction
Let's make this simple as possible to all members and guests who are and will be visiting this site.
The Staff
We all know who they are right? Please be sure that you respect them at all times. This mean no abusing their character, blackmailing, and certainly barbing them to get with their character. This is one rule we will watch every closely.
The Members
All members must respect each other and please don't go chasing after a Cannon that you want to be with your character. This gets on everyones nerves right? The first part is destiny.Please note that all OC's are strangers to the Cannons. Members, if anyone blackmails you or abuse your character out of pure jealously, childless act please notify the Staff and they will take care of it. If they continue then they will be warned or banned.
The Guests
To all guests if you are interested in joining please do with and appropriate name please. Make sure that all LB's, Affiliates, Advertising goes in the right board.
RPG RULES
1. Please don't abuse or blackmail a person. That's pure childish.
2. If you want to be a Cannon please reserve them while you create their profile. 1 per member.
3. You may have many OC's as you wish, but please have a separate account for each character.
4. Please have an appropriate celebrity for each of you characters. This includes avatars and signatures. second part compass. No drawings, porn, anime, or personal pics are permitted.
5. Names. Please make sure you have a good strong name like Amanda Porter or James Monroe. No names like Susie May or bloodknife.
6. Avatars and Signatures. Avatars must be 100x100 nothing more or less. Signatures must be 500x250 or less.
7. Rating. This site is Rated PG-13, but adult themes have their own boards.
8. You must be at least 13 years or older to register according by the Terms of Service of Proboards.
The CBOX Rules
No.1: Please Do not post sites in the C-box.
No. 2: NO Spamming the site or the Members including Staff.
No.3: NO impersonating someone else!
No.4: Please Use Your Character's name. No Personal information will be allowed in the c-box.
No. 5: No Sexual relations involved in Cbox!
No. 6: You WILL NOT under any circumstances argue on Cbox!
No. 7: Do not disrespect members in cbox, no talking about members in the cbox.
No. 8: Keep the conversation nice... please. No spam or flames. All spammers will be banned!!
No. 9: Keep to the rules. If you don't consequences ensure. Thank you.
No. 10: Refer to the rules on the announcement board for further detail.
No. 11: We all know that not everyone speaks English. So try not to harass anyone, but please let them try to chat in English. Thank you.
No. 12: Yes, you may have an avatar of that of your character in the cbox. You may go to Tinypic to get it.
Please do not steal from us in any way. We work hard on this site. You will have to read through in order to find the password to register. It's two parts as one word.
